About Zakia

At the peak of my previous career, I had a great credit score and nice “things,” but I was burned out, 20+ pounds heavier, and not happy with what I saw in the mirror. I was eating whatever I wanted, barely moving my body, and just not feeling my best.

When life finally slowed down, I was forced to look within and level up beyond my finances. For the first time, I chose to commit to my fitness journey.

As my 39th birthday approached, I set a goal to be fine by 40! But as I got stronger, I realized it was never just about the physical. I was reclaiming my confidence.

The gym became my safe place. It was the one place where my mind went quiet, and all I had to do was get through each hard-ass rep. That’s when I knew this journey was what I had been missing.

God placed me on a new path while allowing me to continue my passion for connecting with women. Today, I’m a group fitness instructor and trainer. My work blends physical training with spiritual growth, helping women build strength, confidence, and a better relationship with their bodies.
